Do It All Over Again

After all of the cleaning I have been doing lately, I am finding that I have to start all over again. My cat is dropping fur faster than a Christmas tree drops needles on December 26th! I am very close to changing this:

  1. Oooh! Hairless cats SCARE THE CRAP out of me! Do NOT shave your cat!

  2. I had this tan cat a whikle back... He wouldn't have anything to do with me until I was getting ready for work when I was still on the PD... In my uniform... That I had to get dry-cleaned... The Navy Blue trousers I'd put on we a magnet for his tan hair...

I had two lint rollers, on at the front door and another in my locker at the station.

    It was frustrating.

  3. mel: No, I couldn't do that to her. I have SERIOUSLY thought of trying to have her done up in the 'lion cut,' but even THAT would probably cause her to have a heart attack. She is WAY too proud of the way she looks in all of her furry glory.

tom: I SWEAR her fur just JUMPS off of her whenever I walk past her in 'good' clothes! And when we get home after a road trip--even overnight--it looks as if a cat had exploded in our kitchen. (Unfortunately, we have carpeting in our kitchen.) I really should put a video camera out to see what it is she does while we're away to cause SUCH a mess. And it is to my dismay that I love dogs and cats with long fur. ;)

  4. Some days I wanted to kill that cat...

  5. The last time I came close to killing my cat was not too long ago. I had JUST finished giving the computer room the cleaning of the century--almost breaking my foot in the process--and after I came out of the shower, the cat had hacked up a hairball on the desk chair. Of course, the hack-up didn't just stay on the chair, but spilled over onto the floor. She scattered mighty fast when I let out my blood-curdling scream!

  6. Those hairless cats ARE rather ugly, aren't they? Why have an animal at all if it is hairless? Can't get my mind around those hairless dogs, either.

Being In a Funk

I'm still having a bit of a funk going on in my life. To be expected, I guess. But, it REALLY is affecting me to see my best friend ...
