Status Update 8

It can't be a good thing when every time a cable company tech comes over to fix something wrong with the cable/internet/phone, he says that the LAST guy that was here did something wrong, can it?  Have I mentioned lately how much I LOVE our cable company?

After having NO phone service--or very little--for almost a week, it finally was taken care of. I can't wait until our contract is up. But until then, I will be doing my research on who we should go with--not that we have too many choices, but...

I don't know WHY all of the companies are like this. Drives me crazy--and we PAY them for the frustration!

They want to make themselves look good and sound competent. Till the next guy comes to fix the mistakes he made.

For sure. And we have never had the same guy twice, so we can't even call them out over the last thing they screwed up. Too, too frustrating...

This sort of stuff makes me wish I learned electrical wiring instead of going to college.

I agree! That and computer repair--what a lot of headaches would be avoided if we could do all of our own computer and electrical repairs! ;)
