The score of the game makes it seem as if it was a relatively easy win for the Wings, but that is far from the truth. While it wasn't as difficult as other games have been, they were only winning 3-2 with three minutes left. That is when Datsyuk did his magic and stole the puck and scored. Then Holmstrom added a little more icing and scored less than a minute later. The game didn't seem to get too good of a flow to it because of the amount of penalties--to BOTH teams. The refs should just ignore some of this stuff. Filppula scored the first goal early in the first period--it had to be reviewed. But, he got his 5th of the year, so YAY!!!
Tomorrow night the Wings will be in Nashville and Ozzie will be in net. Even though Hasek seems to be back in his groove, somewhat--he has won his last three games--it will be good to see Ozzie play again.
