ReplyDeleteMy gramma eve listens to the scanner all night and watches her neighborhood all day and....yes...she makes calls much like these.
Part of the reason I love the police logs so much is because it shows what life is in this part of the country. Granted, it shows how very STUPID so many of the people are, but it also shows we are just a little behind times when it comes to crime. We are so relatively serious crime free here, that the newspaper will report on a murder from DOWNSTATE on the front page. (The murder was of a former UP resident.) We have very few murders here to report on. :)
